We collect the information you provide when you create an account, such as your name and email address. When you use Panesta, we also store the stand designs and configuration data you create and save.

If you contact us, we receive the name, email, and message you submit through the contact form.

We use your account information to authenticate you, manage your access, and communicate with you about your account and designs. Your design data is used to provide the configurator, generate cutlists and production plans, and let you save and resume your work.

Your account and design data are stored on Panesta's infrastructure and are associated with your account. You can delete your designs at any time from the design library. Design records are isolated to the account that created them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to operate the service (for example, hosting and email delivery providers bound by confidentiality obligations), or where required by law.

You may access, update, or delete your account information and saved designs within the app. To request deletion of your account, contact us at info@panesta.com.
