By creating an account or using Panesta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

Panesta provides a 3D exhibition stand configurator and production planning tools. You may use the service for lawful design and production purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data you are not authorized to access.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the stand designs and data you create. You grant Panesta the limited right to store and process your designs solely to provide the service to you.

Some features require a paid plan. Fees, billing, and plan details are presented at the point of purchase. Paid features are made available after payment is confirmed by our payment provider.

Panesta is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panesta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the designs you produce with it. You are responsible for verifying production plans before manufacturing.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
